The staff went above and beyond. Justin, the manager, left absolutely no stone unturned to make sure everything ran smoothly. His attention to detail and commitment to customer experience set the tone for the entire visit. Tonja, our waitress, was phenomenal as she anticipated our every need before we even had to ask. And let’s talk about the bar....the bartender kept the drinks flowing quickly and consistently, which everyone appreciated. The food was great, the service was top-tier, and the atmosphere was perfect for both families and groups. Whether you’re planning a private event, birthday party, celebration, corporate outing, or just want a fun night out, this is a spot you should absolutely reserve. Bonus: the happy hour is the truth and makes it an even better value. Bottom line, exceptional service, great food, efficient staff, and a welcoming environment. “Lanes were nice and clean, atmosphere was decent until we met our server who was very short with us/not very welcoming. Don’t order the lemon drop- it tastes like dish water. Then the kitchen messed up the pizza order so it was delayed to be remade. Then, instead of asking if we wanted more time or to clear out of lane 5, they just assigned it to someone else while we were still sitting there eating the late pizza. Spent way too much money to have been rushed out of there especially when it was the kitchen’s fault that we were delayed. Manager was very dry with his poor apology but he did ask how he could make things better. A full refund would be great.”
