“If you've played BRKTHROUGH in Overland Park, I gotta say this place in 10x better! While, yes, there's less rooms technically, most rooms have at least 5 unique modes that are so fun. This place actually keeps track of your score visit to visit, there's rewards, there's better queueing if it's busy, and the rooms all actually work and have instructions, great music, and exciting challenges. I can't say enough good things about this place. I can't wait to come back!!!”

“It was our first time here. The different rooms were really fun and when we got the hang of it we really enjoyed ourselves. Trying to get started was difficult because no one at the front registers were wanting to help us, they just continously told us to go scan but when we scanned it said we needed staff assistance. No one told us that smart watches mess with the connection on the bands. At the end there were 4 of us, we all got 18 coins. We each picked out the Keychain to get at the end. The lady at the front register was scanning the bands and the Keychains to fast that she messed up and only gave us 3 instead of 4 Keychains and when we asked her about it she basically said o well you have 3 have a good night. I was like you can clearly see there is 4 bands that we turned it. Typically I wouldn't care about a Keychain but it was the attitude she addressed us with. If you don't want to have better customer service skills you need to choose a different job. I hope if my family decides to go back that we get better customer service.”
