π Gloversville, NY
Family-owned wildlife park featuring a unique drive-through safari and walk-through sections where kids can feed and interact with over 500 animals across 80 acres.
The walk through part is short and sweet. If you go here you should definetley walk through first and finish with the drive through to make it worth it. Gift shop was pretty reasonable pricing but $4 for a cup of feed seems like a lot. Not sure what it used to be like, but from what the other reviews are saying. And from what some of the other people at the park said, it used to be much bigger with more attractions. It was our first time going there and the kids definitely enjoyed the drive through and our son, who is 4 enjoyed feeding the goats and the walk through part . The owners seem overwhelmed and so maybe under new ownership this place can be what it once was. I would recommend it if you've never been
π Family Action Verdict
This is a charming, off-the-beaten-path animal experience perfect for families with young children who love feeding animals and close encounters. The drive-through safari is the main attraction, offering unique interactions with camels, giraffes, and other animals. While the venue may have seen better days, it still provides good value and memorable experiences for first-time visitors.

βLions and tigers and bears oh my. Just kidding.... None of the above because driving through that would be ridiculous. But these adorable grain and grass eating animals delight me and my family. Easily spent an hr walking though the caged animals and over 40 minutes driving. Very well worth the $ . I'm happily already planning to go back next summer. Remember all of it is cash only even the gift shop. πβ

βWent for Christmas lights. $15/head to get in. Thereβs a walking tour where you get to see camels, lemurs, capybaras, goats and llamas. Santa visits from the North Pole. They have live glass blowing ornaments demos, and freshly hot cookies and coco. Their drive through Christmas lights are super cute, and the drive through is dog friendly to behaved pups!β

βVery cute, small petting zoo type area with some neat animals I have not seen before. You can feed a number of them including kangaroos, goats, giraffes, and llamas. Mostly shadey, not paved. The Safari is the reason I think most come here as the fee is included with admission. You drive your own vehicle through. Heed the warnings you are given. The camels will come directly into your car to steal things. Lol. But they were sweet and let you pet them. There are numerous animals to see along the drive. The path is narrow, however. I would rather it allowed for passing as some people wanted to fly through and we wanted to enjoy each kind of animal. Food cups were $4. No outside food to give the animals. Small gift shop. I would suggest getting there at opening to avoid the crowds.β
