âI am writing this to share a very disappointing experience I had at Adrenaline Family Adventure Park My group and I visited with the intention of having a fun day out, but our experience was completely ruined by the conduct of the manager, Tim. During our interaction, Tim was not only unprofessional and rude also targeted us in a way that felt racially motivated. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and dignity, regardless of who I am. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable from the moment this interaction occurred. It is unacceptable for a manager, who represents the face of the park, to behave in such a manner. We will not be returning, and I strongly suggest that Adrenaline Family Adventure Park reviews its management standards and how they treat their guests. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no one should have to experience this at a place of business.â
