I had a memorable time with my daughter and grandkids at Adventureland today, Monday, July 28th 2025. The food was decent and the park was very clean and well-organized. The temp was in the 90s and they had misting fans all over for relief from the heat. The park attendants (mostly teenagers) were all very courteous and polite. I have one suggestion for management - allow the attendants to have tip jars on their counters. I made a purchase and wanted to leave a tip and was told they don't have tip jars. They work all summer in that HEAT, I think they DESERVE TIPS. Anyone who intends to visit, if you're over FIFTY and SUFFER WITH HEART ISSUES and/or ANXIETY, PLEASE DO NOT RIDE THE FIREBALL!!!!! I truly thought I was going to meet Jesus today on that ride.πŸ˜°πŸ˜«πŸ«¨πŸ’€ I highly recommend Adventureland to all and sundry!πŸ’–πŸ’“πŸ’žπŸ’•β£οΈ PS: I suggest you purchase your Day Pass online because it's cheaper than purchasing at the gate. Also, the Day Pass saves you money rather than paying per ride. Those rides add up really quickly! If you intend to visit multiple times during the summer, then the Summer Pass may be more economical. The park closed at 6:00pm today because they had a "private event". Make sure you check online before going so you know what their schedule is for that day.✌🏻

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

This compact theme park works well for families with children from toddlers to teens, offering manageable crowds and rides for various age groups. Best visited during cooler parts of the day or evening hours when tickets are discounted. Perfect for families wanting a full day of fun without the overwhelming scale of larger parks.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Buy tickets online - cheaper than gate prices and evening tickets (8pm-10pm) cost only $27
⏰Visit weekday mornings or early afternoons to avoid crowds that pick up after 4:30pm
🎟️Get the wristband/day pass instead of paying per ride as individual rides add up quickly
πŸš—Check park schedule online before visiting as they sometimes close early for private events

β€œI went this weekend past with my 2 kids and their friend, along with 2 other adults and we had awesome. The place was full of entertainment activities for all ages. My 2 old years were tall enough to participate in alot of activities. They also have arcade with games and a food court. The children loved the activities and didn't want to leave. Even myself and the adults had a great time too. We only spent 2 years there because the tickets were surprisingly a little pricey since the last time we went. Adults cost is $50 and children cost $40. Especially for the fact that we did want to do any as adults, but sit abd watch the kids. So if you are spending $50 you might as well enjoy your money. We, however, waited until 8pm to enter the park because the tickets cost less. $27 for everyone at 8pm-10pm. Only $27 you only get 2 hours. Because they close at 10pm. The park opens at 11am-10@ pm. Going at 8pm was perfect. At that time the park is cooler and less crowded. Honestly after the 2 hours I was drained from running around with a 2 year old. So, the 2 hours is just the perfect amount of time I needed. It's a great little park to allow the kids to hang out for the summer.. I definitely recommend going there.”

β€œThis amusement park is great! Parking was plentiful and completely free, which was a nice surprise. I went on a weekday, and it wasn’t crowded at all until around 4:30pm, so the morning and early afternoon were perfect for riding. There were only two rides with long lines, but for every other ride, the wait was short and very manageable. I definitely recommend getting the wristband because it gives you access to all the rides without having to pay individually. Food prices were also reasonable compared to most amusement parks, which made the day even more enjoyable. The park isn’t extremely big, but that’s actually a positive, if you get separated from your group, it’s not hard to find each other. There are rides for both little kids and older kids (including adults), so everyone can have fun here. Whether you’re coming with family or just friends, it’s a great spot to spend the day!”

β€œGreat experience with my 4 year old boy. We both had a great time with our friends 🧑 I would highly recommend trying out Adventure Land with the kiddos. Rides are pretty cool and enjoyable. My only con is the arcade: very empty and half of them didn't even work. There was no sign showing the games didn't work so I wasn't a big fan with the arcade they need to do better. But overall, I would visit again before the summer ends. πŸ™‚β€
