“Mini golf court is a mess. No maintenance whatsoever yet charging full price. Used to come here with family and friends but after seeing things not improving will not be back.”

“We went to All Star Golf ahead of a baseball tournament to get some practice in. Before heading over, we called to confirm everything was up and running and were told it was all good. When we arrived, they sold us tokens—but then none of the equipment actually worked. We ended up waiting around for about 25 minutes while an employee casually checked things, and told us it wasn’t working. No urgency, no proper explanation, and no real effort to fix the situation. Very poor experience overall—wasted time, poor communication, and not what you want right before a tournament.”

“Called this afternoon to make sure batting cages were working. I was told three were working. We drove far to get my son warmed up before a tournament game and none of them were working. Someone came out to help but he didn’t care that about 15 people were waiting as he moved so incredibly slow. We gave up and had to leave to get to our game, not getting a single warmup pitch, and getting to the game late.”
