1 / 3Alondra Park Splash Pad
đ Lawndale, CA
Alondra Park Splash Pad offers a large free water play area with multiple spray spouts and fountains. On-site restrooms, ample parking, and food vendors make it a full-session summer destination.
Great place for kids to just enjoy water play and socialize with other kids. The pictures are stills from video, but its a great size splash pad with plenty of seating directly around the splash pad for parents to watch closely (some parents brought their own chairs and snacks). Parking wasn't bad during the week.
đ Family Action Verdict
Works best for families with kids up to 8 years old looking for free water play without a pool setting. Parent visibility is excellent throughout. Weekday visits mean shorter lines and easier parking. Keep valuables with you at all times â the open layout makes unattended bags a target.

âIt's free to get in. They are open 7 days a week during the summer months and weekends during the other times. I say it would be great for kids up to 8 years. They have many fountains and water sprayer. Any child under 4 will need a swim diapers regardless if they are potty trained or not.â

âThis splash pad has a large amount of space. High range of water dispensing spouts that eject plenty of water for kids to have fun and cool down.â
