βFirst time going to this place and we had a pretty good experience. It was clean and had tons of places to jump. They have rock climbing that has a foam pit to catch any fall. Dodgeball and basketball trampoline areas. We we went during toddler time which was a good price for the allowed time. The only downside is the snacks were a bit pricey. Other then that we all had a good time.β

βAltitude was fun in the beginning and my grandsons still have fun there, however they do not stack up to Uptown Jungle. Altitude charges $25/month per kid and it is ONLY for ONE location. Uptown Jungle is $19.99/month and can be used at ALL locations. Something I brought up years ago because I live in Phoenix and their parents are in Mesa. Altitude still has not remedied that we CANNOT use the membership at both locations, so we would have to pay for two memberships at two locations (over $100/month). In addition, they took my grandsons favorite arcade machines out and replaced with multiple money sucking claw games where you rarely win anything, because and I quoted from them "they bring in more revenue". We no longer use their arcade as a result. Altitude's only saving grace is their staff who are friendly and courteous. Altitude needs some changes in management and decision making about members using other locations. Uptown Jungle is doing it right and not costing families more.β

βIβve taken my son to Altitude several times over the past year and have had pretty good experiences. The facility is clean, the kids have fun, and itβs been an easy choice for quick outings. However, today was a different experience. Our babysitter brought my son and baby daughter to purchase a membership, and the front desk staff was unexpectedly rude while she was trying to sign my son up. It left a really poor impression, especially since she was trying to become a paying member. Weβve always preferred Altitude, but after todayβs interaction weβll likely be going to SkyZone instead. The experience at the front desk truly sets the tone for the entire visit.β
