Altitude Trampoline Park - Roscoe Village
📍 Roscoe Village, IL
Indoor trampoline park with gravity-defying trampolines, air bags, dodgeball courts, and battle beams. Excellent for organized birthday parties but requires active parent supervision during regular play sessions.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Birthday Party Experience! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Altitude in Roscoe Village, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Our host, Angel, was absolutely wonderful. He guided me through the entire party process—timing, activities, transitions—and made everything feel smooth and effortless. What I appreciated most was how stress-free the whole celebration felt. Nothing was rushed, the kids had a blast, and I felt well-supported the entire time. Angel was attentive, organized, and genuinely kind. Big kudos to him for making the day special! We left impressed, delighted, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend! 🎉🙌
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for organized birthday parties where staff supervision is heightened, but requires careful parent monitoring during regular play sessions. Particularly suited for single age groups rather than mixed ages. Parents should be prepared for additional costs and actively supervise to ensure appropriate age separation in play areas.

“I’ll preface this by saying at the time of my visit I am 30 years old, so a kid at heart! 😆 My partner accidentally booked for their Westown location but they refunded and allowed us to purchase for this location! It’s a large space and full of more than just trampolines, there’s plenty of space to eat (and host birthdays) and a spot to grab a snack including beer! The little arcade was a fun addition too. The slides were a blast!! Take a slow mo video and watch yourself face plant lol. Anyway, I wish they’d have an hour reserved for adults cause we still like to have fun too.”

“We've been here a few times, including free play, day camp, and most recently, my son's 6th birthday. The space is clean and the parents can walk around the outside of the entire jump area to watch the kids having fun. The staff for the birthday party were wonderful - we were guided throughout the process and it was a seamless process. They had a staff member with us during the whole party and helped hang decorations, clean up, and everything in between (including bringing tape to hang stuff!). Nothing but good things to say about this location and the staff.”

“Wanted to share our experience given others have warned about the potential safety issues because it just happened to us. My 5 year old daughter recently broke her femur. She was in the dodgeball area when a much older kid double bounced her. It sounded accidental based on the description of what Altitude saw on the video footage, so nothing could have been done in the moment. But with a size discrepancy comes the potential for an injury- essentially the trampoline can be stretched deeper with the pressure from the bigger kid jump, and when the smaller child lands there may be little give and potentially higher force. I have not been able to see the video and was told I will not so I am trusting what I have been told by Altitude. I have been told by others general concerns about the level of supervision and proactive management where there are kids of materially different ages or a lot of kids but in our case I cannot say whether there was adequate supervision or not. What I do know now that I would advise others to check for: - checking the general age/size group of the kids in the area your child is playing in, and either voicing concern if you have one or proactively putting your child elsewhere. When this happens it happens too quick for anyone to stop it. - monitoring the amount of kids and the level of supervision and finding the manager onsite if you do not feel it is adequate. I appreciated the follow up call I got from the GM, who was very kind and supportive, but I am giving 1 star because I received 100% wrong information in the aftermath of the incident and it was only because I have proactively followed up that I got more information to understand what happened. I trust that Altitude will take this incident and make the necessary steps to continue to ensure safety. Personally I can’t bring myself to take my kids back to any trampoline park, but I am grateful this injury was not worse.”
