1 / 2Altitude Trampoline Park
π Woodbridge Township, NY
Spacious trampoline park offering gravity-defying trampolines, foam pits, dodgeball courts, and dedicated toddler areas, though recent reviews highlight staff and safety issues.
Lots of fun for kids and adults. Kids had fun and enjoyed their time there. You pay per hour. And you enjoy. Some trampolines can make you bounce high or low. The foam pit can make you get stuck, but people can help you get back up again. You can have a birthday party there. They make you sign a parent waiver before you go inside. Overall, it was a good experience, and the kids enjoyed it
π Family Action Verdict
This large trampoline park offers good facilities including dedicated toddler areas and party options, but recent safety and staff concerns make it questionable for families with young children. Best suited for older kids who can handle busier environments, though the experience may vary significantly depending on timing and crowd.

βThis is a new location. The prices were affordable. They have a snack stand, lockers, cubbies 4 footwear, eatting area, and an area for just toddlers. The bathrooms were cleaned for my visit last Saturday. My children enjoyed the entire park. The floor does offer dodge ball, and a small race game. Waivers must be sighed for all those jumping.β

βThis is the place to go to! I was undecided with all the options in NY / NJ but Clarita said this was the spot and she was right! I thought Urban Air in South Hackensack would be better but βoh nahβ it was small and packed. Altitude is HUGE and clean and never packed!β

βIf I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to Altitude for my nieceβs birthday party, and the experience was honestly terrible. The staff was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. They were yelling at our kids over the smallest things instead of guiding them respectfully. We brought our own drinks for the kids because we donβt drink Pepsi or coke , but they aggressively took it anway from our tables and were told we had to return them & but Pepsi from there 7$ each for a 2 liter bottle . Uh The entire birthday setup felt rushed, like they just wanted us in and out as fast as possible. The environment didnβt feel welcoming at all. The staff seemed irritated, aggressive, and ready to argue with anyone who asked a simple question . definitely not the type of energy you expect in a place meant for children and families. I would not recommend hosting a party here. Save your money and go somewhere that actually treats guests with respectβ
