“I love all of the AMCs but this one is nice because the workers are super chill and laid back. It’s a nice atmosphere and the mozz sticks are always perfectly toasty.”

“They definitely don’t pay the workers enough for the traffic and how many children wreck this theater in the daily. It’s small and intimate but avoid it on weekends and holidays bc it’s a community small so you’ll be with families who don’t parent their kids.”

“I’d like to preface this by saying I usually never have any bad experiences at this location. The staff is all very nice always smiling and friendly. My only issue is with merchandise or posters anything along those lines. More recently it was for posters for an early access fan event screening where they were giving out posters. If they’re going to give something out to begin with for a specific movie showing than They should have as many posters as they do seats for that movie. (And this is solely on AMC and their bad merchandise management) How do you think it makes me feel as an AMC a lister paying nearly $30 a month to book a movie that I’m really excited for just for the group in front of me to get the last three posters of a movie I’m also going to and paid for? That makes no sense. And what’s worse is that I was told to go to the neighboring amc around the corner to get a poster (AMC 16) since they were running the same event and than after being told they had some but couldn’t give me one since my movie wasn’t at their location (makes no sense since an amc employee sent me there to begin with ) the manager I spoke to about it she was indifferent and uninterested the whole time (borderline rude) and resorted to lies instead of executing proper customer service (claimed they were all out after the initial employee just said they had some but couldn’t give me any since my showing wasn’t there). All In all if your going to Burbank and not seeing a Dolby movie STAY FAR AWAY FROM AMC 16! The other two amc 6 and 8 have much nicer staff. And amc as whole needs to get their merchandise together first it was the demon slayer merch now this. Besides that again the staff was very nice just misinformed I guess about sending me to the other theatre for the poster.”
