“Went here for a birthday and It was fantastic! The theater ambience was very pleasant and the chairs were very comfortable. The screen was high quality and the popcorn was the best popcorn I've ever had, super buttery and crispy. Highly recommend! 🎁🎈”

“First time to see a movie here. It had been out three weeks— and was in a smaller room—not sure if they’re all small or if some are big. Thought we were seated near back. Pro-tip—row C is basically on the floor. Although, not horrible since seats reclined so much—it didn’t even feel we were looking up. Chairs were pretty comfortable. Everything was super spacious— from outside to inside. Decent food selection. Heard the adult beverages were really good. Bar looked good. Restrooms were nice. Would definitely go back.”

“Last night, I decided to see the new Avatar with my wife. Everything was okay until the movie started playing. There was a group of people talking and being very loud. Multiple People asked them to be quiet so we can enjoy the movie. They didn’t listen. After sitting for 30 minutes in a 3 hour movie, I decided to walk out and speak with a manager. I wanted a refund or to get those people out of there as it’s a new movie and it’s the night of Christmas Eve. They said they would have to watch and see if they are being a disturbance. After going back in the theater, they saw them talking and adding commentary to the movie and still did nothing. I left with my money wasted when it could’ve been handled properly. Maybe it’s just the night time staff, but I have to give this place 2 stars. The environment is clean and everything else was good. Hopefully this was a one time thing.”

“This is by far one of the worst theaters I’ve ever been to. I’m shocked that AMC allows this theater to operate the way that it does. I can see why movie theaters are going out of business across the country. As a shareholder, I would hate to know that this place operates like this. The place was absolutely disgusting too. They are seemingly shortstaffed or the staff just isn’t doing their jobs. As an A-list stubs member, I purchased my tickets online but when I walked in, there was no one there to confirm my ticket. Since we were getting food, I jumped in the line and then some girl randomly came up to me very rudely asking me if I had tickets. Once I was helped, the cashier explained to me all of the various items they were out of. She was clueless. Every time I asked about something she had to go talk to someone else behind the popcorn. I asked to speak to the manager, who was absolutely no help. She said that she couldn’t refund my tickets which I knew was a complete lie. I wish I would’ve eaten dinner prior to coming because the food I was able to get was disgusting. They were also out of condiments and all of the stations to get your drink and get butter, etc. were filthy. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or vacuumed all day. Once I got into the theater, of course there are a bunch of kids sitting in my seat seats. Apparently a very large group of families decided to come to the theater and sit wherever they wanted because they couldn’t get the seats they wanted online. They were talking and walking around the entire movie. I knew I would get zero assistance from the staff, so I just sat through it. I will never be back at this location. I hope it has a complete overhaul of everyone working there, starting at the top and probably including the district manager.”
