“I want ro say that this review is based possibly on a misunderstanding. I called the reservation number for this specific location and was told no reservation needed just ahow up. Upon my arrival with a groupon voucher I was told sorry we aren't opening lanes because they had a big party coming who had a reservation. Had I known that a reservation was needed I would have made one. Because this location was over an hour away, it was discouraging not ro be able to bowl with my children. The manager or lead could have found a resolve, even allowing us to just bowl until all the parties where there but it didn't pan out. He did suggestr for us to come back 3 hours later or the next day but realized he had a huge party attending.”
