“Tough to rate bc this is an intensely mixed bag. The laser tag arena and staff are excellent, I’m a big guy (6’4”) and do not feel cramped playing here at all. The staff were also super helpful and kind. That being said the birthday party package simply isn’t worth it unless you rent the whole place out. The rooms are cramped at best and suffocating at worst, and your party doesn’t get rounds just for you (which isn’t shared with you on their website or email confirmations), my son’s 12th birthday was overrun by 5-6 year old girls who screamed so loud we all got a headache. In short, go here to play as an individual or rent the whole place, don’t do a party package.”

“The party rooms were dirty, ceiling seems like it was about to fall any day. The actual laser room was 6/10. Average. The ladies bathroom was so smelly and dirty I couldn't even use it. The staff are all young teenagers running a business.”

“Complete waste. Took 4yo for games only. Was instructed to purchase game card from kiosk, with staff watching, 5 min later none of the games work. Staff refused to refund game card. 2 more people still purchased game cards, then manager thinks to put sign on machine that games aren't working. Staff was horrible and rude.”
