1 / 3"Artists At Play" Playground
📍 Uptown, WA
Free artist-created playground between MoPOP and Seattle Center Armory. Features a 30-foot climbing tower (ages 5–12), ADA-accessible human-powered carousel, musical instruments, sound swings, and a labyrinth with a rebus at its center.
Great place for my 4 year old to play with other kids around the Space Needle. A great way to unwind after so much travel. Definitely enjoy going hear when around the convention centers.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for children aged 4 to 12. The 30-foot climbing tower is genuinely challenging for school-age kids, and the musical and sensory elements give younger children plenty to engage with. The ADA-accessible carousel makes this workable for children with mobility needs. Pairs naturally with nearby Seattle Center attractions for a full day out.
