“I just had my daughter's 4th birthday here, and I have to say this was the best birthday I have ever had! The owner, Simon, truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. I originally had booked a date in June, but then had to change it, and Simon very pleasantly accommodated me. The decorations were beautiful and Simon's staff truly made sure it was a smooth and hassle free experience. When I arrived, the staff came down to my car with Dollie's and helped me take everything up. They helped me with setting everything up. I had forgotten my chip bowl and utensil holder, and they provided me with both. They had a fridge to keep my drinks cool and they did a great job during cake time with music and cutting/handing out the cake. They helped me clean at the end of the party and loaded my car up. I got the package with included goody bags, and the kids absolutely loved the hats/backpacks with the ball n bounce logos. I can't wait to have my other daughter's birthday here!
