Beacon Park Playground Treehouse
📍 Great Park, CA

Great Park in Irvine is fantastic! The playground is fun and safe, with lots of activities for kids. The park is clean, spacious, and perfect for a family outing.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
A well-designed playground for families with mixed-age children — the dual-zone layout means toddlers and school-age kids both have appropriate challenges. Non-resident visitors can use the playground freely. Pack a bag for restroom needs or locate the nearest public facility before arriving.

“Very innovative and cool park in Irvine. Unfortunate to see signs indicating the park is only open to residents of the community. Going with my 3 year old we found two sections. One a tradition playground for 2-5 yr olds and the other a rope course for older little guys and gals. The park also includes amazing amenities like basketball court, pool, and firepit for community members. The tree house is super cool in design, albeit slightly disappointed as there isn't much to do in it but sit down.”

“Great park but…. To the parents of the kids that roam around in e-bikes/bikes. Caught them spray painting the park signs. Elementary age group of kids… Side note to parents that do not supervise their children when they play outside. Keep spray painting cans out of reach. This park is too new and nice for it to be graffitied. And just to say these kids lived in the area so do not speculate on they aren’t from the area. Saw them going to homes nearby.”

Overview
Beacon Park splits into two play zones: a traditional structure suited for children aged 2–5 and a rope course designed for older kids. Large trees provide shade over the equipment, and a central grass field is open for running. Restrooms are key-locked for community residents only. Some vandalism reported on signage from unsupervised older kids on e-bikes.
