“don’t have a party here. planned my baby’s first birthday party here, THEY overbooked and will not refund ANY of the money because i don’t want to use their space anymore because i need a SPECIFIC date. family is flying in for her FIRST birthday and they offered zero help. and had a child call me to tell me i wouldn’t be refunded anything, after i was told i would get a refund because THEY made a mistake.”
