My daughter had her 12th birthday party here yesterday and the staff was amazing! This stood out to me because there aren’t many places that everyone you encounter in staff so kind, easy going and ok with making sure the customer has the most easy flowing experience possible. From the doorman, the party check in staff and my party host…all amazing!

“Just went to BIG Best Arcade… and wow, what a BIG disappointment 😂 First off, the place is BIG loud but somehow still BIG boring. Like how do you have a whole building full of games and still manage to have BIG nothing to do? The prizes? Oh yeah… BIG trash. You win 1,000 tickets and walk out with a sticky eraser and a rubber duck that looks like it’s been through a BIG war. Meanwhile the good stuff costs like 50,000 tickets—who’s grinding this place like it’s a full-time job?? And don’t even get me started on the vibes. It’s giving BIG chaos mixed with BIG sadness. Kids screaming, machines beeping, and employees moving at a BIG slow pace like they just woke up from a BIG nap. Food? BIG regret. Tastes like it was made during a BIG emergency with zero plan. Overall: If you’re looking for a BIG waste of time and money, this is your spot.
