“Stopped by on Christmas Eve with the kids to kill some time. It’s pretty massive inside and has everything a kid could need to stay busy. Bounce area, mini golf, laser tag, roller skating, pickleball, arcade, etc. I felt the price was reasonable and they even have a parent bounce pass for $5 so you can accompany your kids. I had no service so I wasn’t able to sign the waiver when I got there. The gentleman at the front desk, Armani, was more than willing to help me through the process. He was extremely friendly and professional and I would go back there based on that experience alone.”

“Had such a great time at bounce! Brought my kids ages 4 and 8 here for a birthday party the past weekend and they had a great time all they keep asking is to go back to bounce! The facility was huge, staff was very friendly, place and restrooms especially were very clean. They have so many activities beyond bouncing like laser tag mini golf massive arcade, and roller skating. They also have a bar for adults with pool tables and golf (nice for us parents). 10/10 recommend bounce as a family friendly facility in the hudson valley area so much fun and so much to do!”

“Place is great for winter activities. My main problem is that they have a "homeschool" day and hours . They say it's 50% off and it also says that parents can get a wrist band for 5$ extra with a paying child , yet I have been charged full price for my parent wristband twice , the second time I asked for an explanation the cashier said yeah on the weekend only , which it's not posted anywhere so why the confusion or false advertisement. The first Thursday I brought my daughter they charged me $5 for the wristband on homeschool hours , so I'm frustrated”

“This place is not worth the money. Some workers are to busy with cell phones and other females then to take care of the customer. I went for my sons birthday, spent over $200 here. First off the snack bar has hardly any food or drinks. When I was ordering some drinks, the kid working the snack bar was to busy on a personal phone call. I then ordered 2 pizzas and when they gave me the pizzas, they didn’t give me plates or napkins. When I asked for plates the kid working the desk asked a girl that was working a party. I waited for almost 10 minutes for plates and napkins. The manager came over and stated they don’t accommodate people who want to eat here and not have a party. They will sell you pizza only but don’t accommodate with plates. Then stated that the kid is not allowed to leave the snack bar when he had left approximately 4 times while we were waiting there. The customer service in this place is horrible. The skates and rollerblades were all broken. The laser tag equipment was not working properly. I’ve been to other Bounce places that are not like this one. Worse experience my family, my kids friends and myself have had! Never again will I come to this particular Bounce.”
