BounceU Charlotte–Matthews runs fully private inflatable arena sessions — no sharing with other parties. Two large arenas include 18-ft slides, obstacle courses, bounce houses, coin-op games, and a dedicated toddler area.
From the booking to the actual party. It was a VIBE! The staff was tremendous! During my booking experience they ensured every need or detail that I may have missed, was included. I know that’s their job but it was the caring that was provided that made it different. Arriving to the location and being greeted by the staff was nothing but a pleasure. Our experience there felt personable! My family and friends had a ball today. My baby enjoyed her 2nd birthday to the fullest. 10/10 would most definitely recommend. Thank you BounceU team for everything.

BounceU Charlotte–Matthews offers 100% private parties where your group is the only one in the inflatable arenas and party room. Two large inflatable arenas feature 18-foot slides, obstacle courses, bounce houses, coin-operated games, and a dedicated toddler zone. Party Pros are assigned specifically to each booking and manage decorating, food service, supervision, and cleanup. Open Bounce sessions are also available for non-birthday visits.
