Bowl 360 Ozone Park
📍 Queens, NY
Modern bowling center with NEOverse lanes, 450+ arcade games, and comprehensive party packages. Features cafe dining, glow bowling, and entertainment for all ages.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Bowl 360 can be excellent for teen birthday parties when you get good staff, but service is wildly inconsistent. Best suited for families with older kids who can handle potential lane switches and delays. Consider it for special occasions but have backup plans for equipment issues.

“My daughter recently had a 13th birthday at this location. Everything was perfect including the staff. The staff who took care of our family was named Jasmine and she was such a great hostess. She took good care of us all for my daughter party. We also made sure to leaver her a nice tip. Thank you Jasmine for making my and family all feel special for her birthday party. 🥳”

“Very nice bowling alley. Clean, good food, good customer service. My son and his friends had a blast for his birthday party. They did a great setup for us.”

“Food is pretty decent. There is a pay first policy with was weird and not mentioned until after we ordered. My table had wings, calamari, jumbo shrimp and shark. Jumbo shrimp with the chilly sause was def the best thing. Wings were pretty good. The service kinda sucks. Waiter acted as if she didn't wanna be at work. For the bowling part, we had to switch lanes 3 times because the lanes weren't working correctly. The music was good. The vibes were good. The service just is poor. The lady at the desk was nice and she tried her best. The other staff couldn't be bothered.”
