Patrick was the best server there was to have great customer service , I will be back because of the great experience
đ Family Action Verdict
Works for families with kids of any bowling age during afternoon and early evening hours. The arcade adds a second activity layer for kids who finish bowling. The venue shifts toward a bar and sports crowd in the evenings, particularly on weekends â daytime visits on Saturday and Sunday offer the most family-friendly atmosphere.

âWas somewhat difficult to find. Small-ish but ok..sorta nice. Nice staff. Some of the patrons need to learn bowling etiquette.â

âHad to wait 5 min before someone even met me at the front counter. Once checked in we were seated at a nasty booth with food and soda on floor. After playing for about 10min no one came to service us. A family of 3 set down next to us and was serviced ASAP, while I had to go to the bar for service. While at the bar I ordered pizza and beer, but was only given the beer, and about 30 min later I had to find waitress to ask where it food was. Not to mention I spent over $200 in the first hour, and would have spent more of the service was up to part.â

Overview
Bowlero Charlotte sits inside the former Epicenter building on E Trade St, offering 18 lanes of bowling alongside one of downtown Charlotte's larger arcade setups. The venue runs weekly promotions and hosts private events. Families can access the space during afternoon and early evening hours before the venue shifts toward its sports bar crowd. Reviewers note the location can be tricky to find within the large building â look for suite D-164 signage.
