“We had a terrible experience here. Bought tickets for a smaller band and my friend had a small vodka shooter in his pocket from a pregame. When getting patted down to get in the bouncer saw it and told him he could not enter the concert. My friend apologized, said he would throw it away and they still told him he could not come in the concert regardless and were extremely abrasive. They did not offer him a refund and refused to let him in. This friend of ours is very soft spoken so another friend in our group went to ask the bouncers how he could get a refund and they also kicked her out since she was “questioning them” the whole encounter was terrible and ruined our entire night. Be mindful of the bouncers here they are very rude and completely ruined the night. We will never return to this unprofessional establishment and do not recommend.”
