The first place I ever learned to skate in the early 90s. My step son just took skating lessons here and he loved it. This place is a hidden gem with countless childhood memories. The ice is still great and the overall facility is still in good shape.

Buffone Skating Arena sits on Lake Avenue in Worcester and has served the community since at least the early 1990s. Operated by FMC Ice Sports under a Massachusetts DCR partnership since 1995, the full-size rink runs regular public skating sessions, a learn-to-skate lesson program for all ages, Rusty Blades adult sessions, and private ice rentals for parties and groups.
