Set on 176 acres about an hour north of Las Vegas, Camel Safari combines hands-on animal encounters with desert adventure. Tour options include camel rides, a Safari Tram, and UTV off-road tours across Mojave terrain. The zoo houses camels (including a baby named Janusz), alpacas, llamas, horses, goats, porcupines, a two-toed sloth named Ambien, and New Guinea singing dogs. Add-on sloth encounters let visitors get extra-close to Ambien. All visits are by reservation.
