đ Seminary Hill, VA
Cameron Run packs Great Waves Waterpark, slowpitch and fastpitch batting cages, 18-hole mini golf, and bookable picnic shelters into 26 outdoor acres. A seasonal waterpark anchors summer visits; batting cages run year-round.
Its been years since I've been here and have always had a great time and this time was no different. They have drinks and snacks for purchase as well. Pleasant staff.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with kids ages 4 and up. The waterpark suits the widest age range in summer. Batting cages work well for kids being introduced to the sport â staff have been noted for hands-on help with first-timers. Mini golf fills gaps when water attractions are closed or off-season.

âOn a whim, we stopped by the batting cage. It was already dark, but the facility seemed nice. Jimmy, had a hand with ensuring my boys had fun with their first time at bat. We will be back.â

âThese pictures are of lake cook. Pleasant enough. Fishing allowed but this is a first filtration system for Alexandria before feeding Cameron Run and the Potamac.â
Jade
âWaterpark was closed when we arrived. Do not trust online hours. Management should update that.â
