“Central Rock is phenomenal! The staff is super attentive and happy to help, and the facility is well equipped! The yoga room is spacious and quiet and their gym space has a variety of weights, machines, and equipment to work with so you can hit just about any workout you need. Then there's the climbs! The setting is top notch and updates frequently! It's a nice spread of difficulties and styles so there's a project for anyone! It can get pretty busy in the evenings, and it's great to see such a large climbing community!”
