“Went with my wife and son for the first time. My son is 15 months old and the last time I took him to a children's museum North of Denver he was too anxious to play but he warmed up to this one really fast and enjoyed the Bloom area for younger kids. Very good atmosphere that kept him from being overstimulated and anxious.”

“My 7yo daughter loved this place. She liked it so much we went two days in a row on our trip. An amazing children's museum. Great that you are not charged for parking in downtown Denver. It is really really hands on. Great for kids who are inquisitive and persistent. Even when busy very nice because parents are engaged. Her fav spot was the arr studio.”

Overview
The Children's Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus is fully hands-on — no passive displays. The Bloom area is specifically designed for children under 2, providing a calmer environment for the youngest visitors. Outdoor experiences include Adventure Forest and the Joy Park River, open seasonally from May. Discounted Tuesday evening sessions run in June, July, and August. Free parking is a notable exception for a downtown-adjacent Denver attraction.
