Super fun things for kids to do!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for children aged 1 through 10. Toddlers and preschoolers get the most out of the hands-on exhibit format. Families visiting multiple times should seriously consider the annual membership β€” it breaks even quickly. At least one adult per five children is required by museum policy. Closed on Tuesdays.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Check the events calendar before visiting β€” physics demos, dance classes, and story time sessions run on specific days
⏰Membership admission costs can be credited toward an annual membership if you upgrade on the same day
🎟️Arrive at opening on weekends to avoid peak crowds β€” the museum gets busy by mid-morning
πŸš—Infants under 12 months enter free; factor this in when budgeting for the day

β€œJust amazing! My girls had a blast. High priced! 9$ per person including adults! But a year membership for 6 people is $100. A membership makes more sense”

β€œReally fun place for families. As soon as you walk in, it feels bright, welcoming, and full of energy. The front desk staff are awesome. They are super friendly and helpful, and they make checking in easy. They answer questions and help you figure out where to go, which makes the whole visit start off great. The museum has lots of hands on activities for kids. Instead of just looking at things, kids can play, build, and explore. There are different areas like pretend play, science, and art, so there’s something for everyone. My children also loved the new plane exhibit. Everything is clean and easy to get around, which makes it nice for parents too. There are also places to sit while the kids play. I would definitely recommend!”

β€œWe’re originally from Fort Worth, TX & live currently in the Twin Cities. We have been to several children museums across the country and this is definitely one of the best ones.”
