Perfect place for family's to visit. Man, the kids there were having extreme fun. Great location. Lots of interactive activities for the kids to get involved in. My son lived it!

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children aged roughly 2–10. The hands-on exhibit mix covers creative, scientific, and imaginative play. Plan around school group hours if you prefer a less crowded visit — weekday afternoons or weekends work better for walk-in families. The splash pad adds value during warm months.

â„šī¸ What to Know Before You Go

💡Avoid weekday mornings when school groups of 100–350 students fill the floor — afternoons are significantly calmer
⏰Check the events calendar before visiting; ticketed special events like fairy tale days require separate booking
đŸŽŸī¸Bring a change of clothes if kids plan to use the splash pad
🚗CMOM memberships pay off quickly for Memphis-area families who visit more than twice a year

“It was OK. Some of the staff were kinda grumpy considering they work with children and children make messes. Some of the stuff is so old and not taken care of or updated. I went with the school but if I had to pay over $15 for this place I wouldn't take mine back. Maybe the splash pad will be worth it in the summer”
