1 / 3Children's playground
📍 Pflugerville, TX
City-maintained playground at 515 City Park Rd in Pflugerville with a multi-use trail stretching from Grand Avenue Parkway to Immanuel Rd. Includes running water feature, workout station, soccer field, and regularly cleaned restrooms.
Toddler & baby parents this is where it is at! This trail spans from Grand Avenue Parkway all the way to Immanuel Rd (HEB off Pecan) I usually park at “Children’s Playground” off of City Park Rd in Pflugerville. The city always cleans the bathrooms Saturday morning and the playground is great with swings, slides, benches and shade. We start our walk there and head East on the trail towards Bohls Park. In my opinion this is the best stretch of the trail since it is the most shaded and provides great views of the creek for my little one and myself to enjoy. Once we get to Bohls Park, she plays for about 30 mins then we walk back towards Children’s Playground, it’s about a mile each way (she’s in the stroller of course). I pack snacks, our water, sunscreen, bug spray etc and we’re easily out there for about 2 hrs. We come back home relaxed and ready for breakfast. We’re usually at the park around 8am since she wakes up early but it’s the best time to go in the summer time because it’s not AS hot just yet.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Top pick for Pflugerville families with babies and toddlers based on reviewer enthusiasm for that age group. The water feature keeps young kids engaged on warm days. Older kids and active parents benefit from the extended trail and soccer field. Clean restrooms make longer visits comfortable.

“Nice park, decent running path and nice running water to play in. There's a work out spot soccer field and play ground. There's a little history too (pictured) of you're in to it.”
