“I just wanna say from the time I walked in the door I knew it was safe as well as clean. It smelled so fresh. The manager checked us in gave us all numbers and we were in quickly. It was clean not crowded, line for food was quick and easy. The cashier she was great and helped out with helping me picking the best price for what I wanted. She took her time with me and didn’t rush me at all. After I paid I received my cups , and wristbands and beeper. That was cool it allowed you to know when your food was ready. Smooth transition. Food was hot and fresh as well as delicious. My kids had a ball we even ran into a couple of friends. While leaving the manager went out his way to pay for ice cream for my son. He was crying for one and I had spent all I had on me. He was so kind to go in his pocket to buy him one. Not only him but also his brother. He didn’t leave the other one out. I appreciate that it made them smile which made me feel happy as well. What a blessing and there’s still kind ppl out here. Thank you again. The Covington Family.”

“I rated my experience less than excellent because I felt completely overlooked and disrespected during my visit. The employees ignored me and made it clear to my face that I was not a priority, even though I was there with my three children. We were consistently overlooked while others were helped. One employee spoke very rudely to my two-year-old, which was extremely upsetting, and even tried to grab her in a way that made me uncomfortable. That is completely unacceptable. I also attempted to address these concerns with a manager, but they were not helpful and did not seem to take the situation seriously. For me to rate this experience a 9 or 10, the staff would need to be more attentive, respectful, and professional especially when interacting with children. Customers should feel acknowledged and valued, not ignored or disrespected.”
