“‼️Alert ‼️ Loyal Member for 5 Years Always an Amazing Experience I’ve been coming to Cinemark Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ for about 5 years now as a member, and it’s hands down my favorite theater. I come here all the time and it never disappoints. The location is always very clean, and the staff is professional, courteous, and welcoming. The reclining seats are extremely comfortable, and the ScreenX and XD auditoriums make the movie experience feel next level. The sound, screen quality, and overall ambience are amazing. You can really relax and enjoy the movie. Overall, it’s always a great experience, and I highly recommend this Cinemark location to anyone looking for a premium movie theater. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I liked this movie theater. First of all it was very clean and all the equipment was updated. The dbox seats are a must try experience. They’re extra comfy plus they recline, heat and vibrate to the action on the screen. It adds a more unique experience to the film. I would definitely recommend the dbox 3D film experience.”

“Really enjoyed this theater! We typically only go to AMC’s due to the Stubs Rewards, but they were all sold out of the film we wanted to see. Cinemark was a lovely surprise: bright lobby with lots of food options, friendly staff who seemed to be enjoying working. Comfy seats in the theater. Will be back!”

“My go to theater experience for quite some time but recent changes have led me to start to seek outside movie venues. Due to recent changes, I am starting to no longer see this particular Cinemark as a viable option for a wonderful movie experience. Upon entering, the lobby is becoming more drab and the staff are disinterested in their jobs or customer satisfaction. The theater charges typical inflated snack prices, which are expected at a venue such as this but new policies stated by the staff are alarming. The new policy for drinks is one free refill on the same day of the movie. Which means they are now limiting the amount of drinks you can obtain for a possible 2-3 hour movie to one refill. That is atrocious. The cost is already quite steep for the cup and now this, it's unacceptable. I hope they reverse this new policy and hire new staff to change the way customers experience their time here at this theater. Too many options in venues to feel like your paying so much for so little at this one. Not to mention the last two times I visited, either a drink type was completely absent from all machines or the ice wasn't working. I don't like to gamble on a good time and i'm not going to pay high prices to do so at a theater. The remaining facilities of the theater are passable and not worth noting. I will update this review if things change to a more positive note.”
