“Went for the first time with 3 of my sons ages 9,7, and 6. While it did get a bit crowded and the smaller climbing area was closed off for a birthday party (understandable), the experience was awesome. My kids absolutely loved it and it was a very welcoming environment. From when we first got there until we left we had a wonderful experience. I paid for myself to climb and winded up not climbing at all so I could watch my kids. They refunded my money which most places likely wouldn’t do. My kids are asking to go back asap! Highly recommend!!”
