The perfect spot for kids and parents. As you walk in, staff are very helpful especially the manager gives information briefly. They are organized for something that just opened very recently. The space is huge and you can definitely eye ball your kid while you sit in a cozy spot. Food is available lots of options if you get hungry. There are 4 event rooms perfect for birthdays and anything worth celebrating for. First month is free if you sign up. My son never wanted to leave. They have sensory and art classes. Perfect as an after school or weekend spot.

“What an amazing space — truly something for everyone (including a quiet room!). My 2.5 year-old and I came from an hour away and it was totally worth the trip. We must have gone down the slides 20 times, and I really appreciate that caregivers are able to accompany kids everywhere, even the slides. The Cloudbound team worked with child development specialists to build the space and the thoughtfulness is evident in every detail. We will definitely be back!”

“Clean, spacious, and full of color—CloudBound New Rochelle is a total win for families 🤍☁️ My boys (6 & 4) had an absolute blast exploring, climbing, and playing freely while I actually got to relax 👀☕️ The cookie butter latte? SO good. The staff? Beyond welcoming and incredibly sweet with the kids. This is the kind of place where kids are happy, parents can breathe, and everyone leaves smiling. We’ll definitely be back ✨”

“We had such a great time at Cloudbound! There was truly something for every kid, and our group of six had a blast. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The facility was clean and well maintained, the coffee was actually good (a huge plus for parents), and the snack prices were very reasonable. We’ll definitely be back!”
