“Went there with my girlfriend so she could play paddle ball. She has been playing this for years. A great group of people were playing. They already knew one another. It was great watching. Everyone in the park on that day was very friendly and sharing. I would go back. There was a softball game going on, too. Beautiful park.”

“Beautiful park in the Bronx. Great place to exercise, jog, take a long water or just sit on a bench and admire the beautiful surroundings. Plenty of parking. Great park to take your children. Park is very clean. Lots to do out in this wonderful Bronx Park located not far from I 95 highway.”

“I've been coming to this park for years to workout. Whether its early morning or late at night. During the spring and summer, I love seeing the community come out to play handball. Reminds me of old school NYC where members of the community with gather together and play handball. Its very active during the summer. However, my main thing is working out when I come here and there's two workout sets. The one near the handball set has been there for years and the new workout Kompani set has been there for maybe less than 5 years more or less. Anyway, both are great and have pretty much everything you need for a good calisthenics workout. I tend to run into a lot of cool individuals and its always a chill atmosphere. Once in a while though, you will see some odd characters roam around but otherwise, its chill the vast majority of the time. Awesome place to workout in a great, quiet, residential area.”

“This park has been improved many times over the past 20 years. It is very underutilized by the community. I appreciate the workout equipment they have installed. They should create a walking path for walkers. It is definitely in a remote section of the Bronx near the Hutchinson River Parkway so I'd keep a very close eye on my children, otherwise it is a relatively safe park and neighborhood.”
