âWe took our adult friends from out town. It was very busy and we asked the employee if there are multiple courses and he said of course. It was $77 for 4 adults and there was a family of 4 with 2 infants in front of us. We waited a bit but we could tell this was going to be awhile. We asked the employee how to get to the other courses. He said oh you just skip around and play the open holes. At this point we were done, we asked for a refund. He told us we could have a raincheck and they don't give refunds. I explained that we didn't even play a hole and the people who paid are not from here. He snarkily replied that they never expire. At this point, we were all pretty annoyed and someone who appeared to be a manager, promptly came over gave me a refund and apologized for the rude employee. Some of these younger people's attitudes are really hurting small business owners. Good luck.â
