Beautiful park. Well maintained and seems brand new. Trains and planes going by. What more could a kid want!

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with younger kids who love transport spotting alongside playground time. The beach adds value for warmer visits. Pack a change of clothes since there are no changing rooms, and expect some aircraft noise given the proximity to Logan Airport.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Bring a change of clothes if you plan to combine playground and beach time—no changing facilities are available.
Train and plane spotting is a built-in entertainment bonus for kids who love vehicles.
🎟️Check for any ongoing construction activity before visiting during summer months.

It was the first man made beach I've ever been to and also the first urban beach I've ever been to so it was just a different vibe from what I'm used to. The other visitors were fine but there was no where to change and there seemed to be a fair amount of construction going on at the time.
