“This was me and my families first ever time here and post experience I would have said I’m never coming back. However after expressing my concerns to Janel (Assistant Regional Manager) she expressed extreme penitence offering comp tickets along with a personal reassurance of a great future experience! Huge shoutout to management and thanks to them me and my family will be returning again to get the FULL experience :)”
