“Recently took a trip to Florida, and happened to run into my old manager from Garcias Eagle River, AK. Zach Macalino. Not only was he taking care of his other customers and employees, he made sure to take a minute to make my night special as well with his amazing customer service and hospitality. Really made my night special and can’t wait to come back again when I get the chance”

Overview
Dave & Buster's Miami sits near the Dolphin Mall on NW 12th Street, with a sprawling arcade floor of redemption games, racing simulators, VR cabinets, and ticket machines alongside a full restaurant and sports bar. The Power Card system loads credits onto a reusable card for play across the venue. The menu covers burgers, wings, and shareable plates, with TV screens throughout for live sports. Group bookings and birthday packages are available; the bar means the crowd skews more adult after dinner.
