“Had such a fun time on their polar express train! We had a 2.5 hour drive each way in snow and didn’t get home until 1 am with an exhausted kiddo, but it was totally worth it! We’ve done other polar express trains including in the gorgeous mountains of Colorado, and this one was definitely the most fun and interactive. They handed out cookies, hot cocoa, and bells, punched our tickets, sang songs with everyone, had performers interact with all the kids throughout the duration of the train ride, and Santa and his elf stopped by for photos with each kiddo. Our three year old LOVED it.”

“The kids had a great time. We took the last train at 4pm so couldn’t stop at the corn maze and mine. The train only stopped for pumpkin patch. Just to keep in mind if you take 4pm train. Very friendly staff and very accommodating.”

“A Magical Journey on the Delaware River Railroad We recently took a trip on the Polar Express via the Delaware River Railroad, and it truly felt like we transported ourselves directly into the story. From the moment we boarded, the atmosphere was electric and festive. The Highlights: The Entertainment: This wasn't just a train ride; it was a full-scale performance. The dancing trainmen were full of energy, and the juggling chefs were a huge hit with the kids (and adults!). The Talent: The addition of acrobatics on a moving train was incredibly impressive and added a layer of "wow" factor we weren't expecting. The Atmosphere: Between the colorful Christmas lights and the staff’s commitment to their characters, the "magical experience" was definitely delivered. The Keepsake: Ending the night with the iconic silver bell was the perfect touch to bring the magic home. Room for Improvement: The only real "humbug" of the evening was the hot chocolate. While the "Hot Chocolate" song and dance were fantastic, the actual serving was only about 2 ounces. For an experience centered around that iconic scene, we were disappointed in the portion size and really hoped for a full cup to enjoy during the ride. Final Verdict: Despite the tiny cocoa, the talent and heart of the performers made this a memorable holiday tradition. We would definitely recommend it for families looking to find the "spirit of Christmas!"”
