“Expensive for no reason. Maybe 10 years ago it was the place but not any more. After 20 minutes we were ready to go. From every employee saying you cant touch that, you cant sit there, you cant run, you cant... just dont go. There isnt anyone there anyway”

“I came today for the soft play for my daughter and was told she couldn’t participate due to her height. I was here a month ago and no one checked. She’s small and prefers this area because older kids can be rough. I asked the manager (green hair) if an exception could be made just for today, especially since it was 1 PM and empty, and she said no without any understanding. I understand policies, but the lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing. Not a very family-friendly experience.”
