“Online says it’s open. We drove 40 minutes to get here for my 2 year old birthday and it’s closed. No signs as to why etc. Update: after owner response. It may have been user error on my part for going to the wrong door. But we did look around for signage or directions and could not find how to get there so updating from a 1-star to 3-star because signage/directions would have been useful. I think I even tried calling and no-one answered.”

“I’ve taken my toddler to this place twice and she had such a great time. The staff were super friendly as well. Unfortunately we won’t be returning. I don’t believe they clean or disinfect things regularly. You can see that things are old and not in the best shape, a lot of things are visibly dirty. The first time we went my daughter ended up with RSV three days later. The second time we went she picked up a really bad case of Hand Foot and Mouth Disease. I know toddlers get sick, but the two worst illnesses she’s had have been a few days after playing there. This place has so much potential to be great, but they need to spend way more time cleaning and replace all the broken/worn out toys.”
