“I am writing this review after a very upsetting experience at this indoor play space in Dallas. During our visit, my four year old was pushed into a slide by older children and fell backwards. While he was crying and clearly hurt, two older boys continued to kick him while he was down. I had to intervene immediately and yell for them to stop. What made the situation even more concerning was the lack of supervision and response in real time. There were multiple adults present, and I observed other parents nearby, yet there was no immediate intervention or acknowledgment of what had happened. I also noticed older children moving freely into areas designated for smaller kids, which created a chaotic and unsafe environment. I had my two year old with me as well, so I was managing both children while also trying to handle the situation. My father was with us and, understandably, became very protective and overwhelmed by what he witnessed. He also spoke to staff afterward because there was no clear or immediate action taken at the time of the incident. As of right now, I am still very upset and shaken by what happened. It felt like there was a lack of active supervision and accountability in a space that is meant to be safe for young children. I want to be clear that this review is not written to attack individuals, but to reflect my honest experience as a parent. Indoor play spaces require consistent supervision and clear enforcement of rules, especially when older and younger children are sharing the same environment. At this time, I will not be returning , particularly given the lack of control over older children interacting aggressively with younger ones and the absence of immediate intervention. I hope the facility takes this feedback seriously and considers improving supervision and safety measures so that all children can play safely and parents can feel confident in the environment.”
