This place is always packed. Parking lot is usually full. The pizza is decent. No outside food or drink allowed. They've got birthday parties down to a science. It's well run and exactly what you expect it to be. Just make kids make sure your kids wash their hands!

๐Ÿ† Family Action Verdict

Best for birthday parties and structured group visits where the comprehensive packages and well-run operations shine. Families doing casual drop-ins should arrive early โ€” the parking lot fills fast and the facility draws consistent crowds. Eat beforehand; the cafe runs slow and frequently runs out of items.

โ„น๏ธ What to Know Before You Go

๐Ÿ’กEat a full meal before arriving โ€” cafe service is slow and items sell out
โฐArrive early to secure parking, especially on weekends

โ€œLove this location better than Gilbert. So much easier to watch kids. $5 Wednesday in January was also a wonderful offer. Thank you!โ€

โ€œI brought my daughter Ariya and 10 of her friends here for a birthday party. The only reason this place didnโ€™t get 2 stars is because the employee who actually handled our party did a great job and genuinely tried to help. Without him, this wouldโ€™ve been a much rougher experience. The kids had a blast โ€” no complaints there. If youโ€™re just looking for a place for kids to burn energy, this spot delivers. But the food situation is rough. If you havenโ€™t already set up a party and plan on ordering food while youโ€™re thereโ€ฆ donโ€™t. Seriously โ€” eat before you go. I tried to order a pretzel and was told the cheese was cold and would take 30โ€“40 minutes to warm up, so I canceled it. Then I ordered Flaminโ€™ Hot Cheetos with cheeseโ€ฆ only to be told they were out of Flaminโ€™ Hot Cheetos. So I switched to chicken strips. Twenty minutes later they came out, and when I asked for ranch, I was told they were out โ€” the only options were mustard or ketchup. At that point I figured Iโ€™d try the pretzel again since enough time had passed. Nope. Still a 30-minute wait for cheese. The kids had fun, and again, the staff member working our party really saved the experience with his effort and attitude. But the food service is painfully slow and poorly stocked. Bottom line: Great place for kids to play. Terrible place to eat. Eat before you go โ€” youโ€™ll thank yourself.โ€

โ€œโญ๏ธ One star โ€” and only because zero isnโ€™t an option. I have been a loyal Elevate Trampoline Park member for over three years, paying a monthly family membership for myself and my four children. In early November, I went into the facility for one simple reason: to change my payment method on my existing membership. Instead, due to an error by the employee handling my account, a second, duplicate family membership was accidentally added. Since November, I have unknowingly been charged for two memberships for the same family. To be very clear: There is absolutely no benefit to having two memberships. My children already had full access under the original plan. Paying double provides nothing extra โ€” itโ€™s the equivalent of buying two movie tickets for one seat. When I discovered the mistake and contacted management, I was calm and reasonable. I simply asked to be reimbursed for the three months of duplicate charges caused by their error. The manager refused. She claimed I โ€œobviously wanted two membershipsโ€ and that I had โ€œagreed to it,โ€ which is completely false. I was never presented with options, never asked if I wanted an additional membership, and never would knowingly pay double for identical access. She even implied that โ€œsome people pay for two memberships,โ€ which is honestly absurd. No rational customer would do that. Despite this being a clear internal mistake, I was told her โ€œhands were tied,โ€ there was no one else to escalate to, and no reimbursement would be issued โ€” not even as a courtesy for a long-term customer. Instead of reimbursing three months of charges and retaining a family that would have continued paying $114/month for years, Elevate chose to lose my business entirely. I have now canceled my memberships and will be taking my family โ€” and our money โ€” elsewhere. We will be going to Slick City, Uptown Jungle, or any other trampoline park that values customer service and accountability. This experience was incredibly disappointing and deeply frustrating. Elevateโ€™s refusal to correct their own mistake shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for their customers. Buyer beware โ€” check your statements carefully.โ€
