“This place was hopping on a Friday night, February 20th 2026, and there were only two gentlemen working the entire evening. We booked a birthday party about 1.5 weeks before, and they accommodated nicely and ALSO had a party NOT booked in the main area, and LOTS of other patrons this evening. I felt so bad for these two wonderful employees. They tried really hard to keep up and still accommodate our party in the private room. I wish I knew their names, because I would give them lots of praise. That is why I included the date. Our party was at 4:30PM. I hope their employers see this.”

“You aren't aloud to bring bags anymore so yiu cant bring your kids in and work while they play. The prices are high and kids get bored quick.”

“If you were considering hosting a birthday here, I would highly not recommend it, and if you do, read the contract very carefully. We were told decorations would be provided and the only things provided were napkins and cups (which would’ve already been provided as regular guests). Also 2 blue table cloths (which stay there always) & no balloons. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Chairs had cake on them from previous guests. They additionally made us take the 3 helium balloons outside. They also told us no outside food or drinks & made us take out Red Bull and coffee. They also do not allow diaper bags or sippy cups. We had 3&5 year olds and were not allowed to bring in sippy cups, additionally only providing either water or soda. They even followed us into our room with a copy of the contract asking “who is in charge” and literally pointed to the 2 sippy cups on the table and made us take them outside. We’ve never had this issue previously. I know they recently implemented the “clear bag policy”. Which is fine for purses, but buying a clear diaper bag just for escapades?? Dumb! Very much not family friendly!! We’ve been countless times and never have we been treated so poorly. we walked in the door and immediately it felt combative. We will not be back! If you want to book at a fun place with a better experience, book your birthday parties at Smiley’s. *based on the deflection in their response, it is clear they were in the wrong. i never complained about the clear bag policy. a family fun center you would expect to be able to bring in a (searched- you guys searched it) diaper bag!*”
