Fork N' Film New York City
π Brooklyn, NY
Dinner-and-movie experiences where films are paired with multi-course themed menus. Creative concept appeals to kids who enjoy novelty dining, but execution and venue quality can be inconsistent.
There were more meals that I didnβt photograph (a cheese puree coarse, and a roasted chicken coarse) and a few drinks included.. The whole experience was so cool. The staff was awesome and truly on point too. Things came out exactly around the time they were appearing on screen. Would do this again for sure!
π Family Action Verdict
This dinner-movie experience works best for families seeking novelty over comfort, though venue quality is a major gamble. The concept appeals to kids who enjoy themed dining, but inconsistent execution, poor food quality, and uncomfortable settings make it risky for the high price point. Best suited for adventurous families willing to potentially waste money for a unique story to tell.

βIβve been DREAMING of going to a Fork Nβ Film experience for years now and finally I was able to go! I bought tickets for my mother and I to see Princess and The Frog at 33 Hotel in New York. The decor was really cute and upon arrival we received champagne, popcorn, and beads to take home. The dishes came out relatively close to when they appeared on screen and the waitstaff was very welcoming! The gumbo was spicy but very savory and comforting; not to mention the presentation was adorable. The frog logs, while presented in a spectacular way, were bland and the vegan option which were oyster mushrooms were a little greasy. However, the drinks were absolutely delicious and looked super pretty! This experience was overall very satisfying and enjoyable! The venue was cute and not too crowded and Iβd highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a dinner and a movie experience. I look forward to booking another ticket for another movie sometime soon!β

βA very cute & immersive experience, 10/10 for creativity. The concept is great & the way it is pitched/advertised on social media is quite different than the reality. Our show was held at a Golf Simulator location and we had to wear headphones for the movie. The entire movie you overheard the music, cheers, and screams from the golf crowd on a Saturday night. The food was okay, definitely not worth the price, and if you donβt get VIP tickets youβre seated at a stool for the entirety of the movie. Our interest and curiosity took us here, but wouldnβt take us back for a second experience.β

βI was excited to try out the Fork N' Film, I thought it was overpriced, but hey the experience was something I was there for. When purchasing the tickets it tells you that it will provide the address 1 week prior, I wasn't a big fan of that since I was coming from out of town, and that makes it a little hard to pinpoint a hotel to stay at. But I reserved a hotel and still was ready to go, unfortunately I didnt find out the location of the place until 3 days before the showing in which I canceled my hotel because I didnt know what was going on. I emailed because there is no phone number to contact and received no response. The customer service wasnt pleasant, truthfully it was nonexistent. But even with that, my group and I still made our way to New York from Maryland. The movie, "Princess and the Frog," always a good film, unfortunately the food was not good and was cold. The cornbread biscuit was still wet and dough, didnt appear to be cooked all the way. The gumbo was good (very small portions though), the rice in the jambalaya was mush, the beignets needed more powdered sugar and needed to be warm. The "frog legs" was nothing more than some cheap frozen chicken sticks. Overall I give the food a 2 out of 10, and the movie a 10 out of 10.β
