“Very clean area that is well kept, even while busy. Comfy seating for parents. There is an indoor play castle that children can go inside and up (low visibility) but otherwise fantastic and my 5 and 7 we're highly entertained for free. BONUS: There is an actively monitoring security guard at the gate making sure children don't get out without their parents or anyone else. They do enforce a height restriction of 48" without shoes on. Inside, there is a separate toddler area with a maximum height of 32". Also: there's an indoor train located right outside of the play area for about $5 per rider. Be prepared with an answer for your kids! Bathrooms (including a family bathroom with a small potty!) just outside the play area.”

“Oh wow! Can’t believe I get a FTR for 2026! This place is awesome. It’s a FREE kids play area inside of memorial city mall. The area is huge and they have soft carpeting and foam play pieces along with a giant castle for the kids to climb in. You could easily pay $20 per kid at a place much smaller. They have strict occupancy policy and is regulated by a security guard. It’s good because it keeps the area from being too crowded. Even on busy weekends you probably won’t wait more than 20 minutes to get inside. This can give your kids a good way to burn off some energy!”

“I used to bring my older son here years ago and now I bring my toddler. He absolutely loved his first time here so we will be back soon. Everything is soft so you don't have to worry about your kids hurting themselves when they fall (which they most likely will fall). It's a fun theme. There are interactive pieces like the bear snores when you climb on him and the pot makes a boiling noise. It's clean. The security guard is friendly and pays attention. This is a fun, clean and free place to bring your little ones if you don't want to be or can't be outside.”

“What a fun little place in Memorial City Mall that’s open pretty much the whole Day (11 to 30min before mall closing). There’s lots of interesting play vignettes, including a castle that’s has a slide and climbing frames, some other fairy tale characters kids can climb on, go under. It is very busy but not overwhelming. There is security at the gate a height cutoff so it’s younger kids only. Best of all, it’s free!”
