Cleanliness also left something to be desired, which is a major concern in a place for small children. The ball pit, in particular, didn’t feel very hygienic. It made me question how often the balls are actually cleaned. The overall environment felt somewhat chaotic and not as calm or welcoming as we expected. It has potential, but it would really benefit from better organization, improved cleanliness, and a setup more focused on younger kids.”
